The recipes look good and are well put together with easy to follow thought out steps. I enjoy the technique or recipe tips included with several of the recipes within. I do also lie the summary and bit of history at the top, reminds me a bit of Alton Brown with the story behind the recipes. I love knowing the experimentation or history. My only real gripe is the lack of pictures. I enjoy having a visualization of how the finished product should be and a hint at presentation.Great seller! While I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review, all opinions are my own and I would still definitely recommend this book to any one.

This book was far beyond I anticipated from perusing surveys. I found truly many helpful recopies that my family will appreciate for quite a long time to come. The pizza batter formula is great, however I do add some crisp herbs to make it additional delectable. It also makes it easy to double the recipes if you have company coming over. I love comfort foods, and I'm excited to try to bake in my dutch oven as well. Love this book!

I just finished reading the cookbook and I feel disappointed in it because of the lack of recipe pictures. I am a visual person and I like to see what the recipe is supposed to look like once finished plus its more enticing that way. I haven't tried any of the recipes but they do seem like they will be good. I'm especially excited about the bread recipes! Overall I did like the cookbook because it offers a variety of recipes and its all dutch oven recipes.

Fantastic book! Lots of good history on Dutch Ovens. I love mine more than ever no. We've made only a couple of the recipes but so far they have been easy to follow with a small number ingredients and delicious. Definitely a book to pick up if you want to learn the basics of dutch oven cooking. Master a few of these and you can pretty much do whatever you want. I got the kindle version and have it on a tablet in my kitchen that I reference often.

This book is very easy and interesting. I follow this book and also get many helpful. I wish it become very popular and famous.I love it very much.

Cooking in the great outdoors is a lot of fun. Fresh air sunshine great veiws how can you ever do better then that. But with great cooking you are really headed for heaven. What a great life.

So far I love this recipe book. Easy to follow, the recipes are simple and you won't have to drive all around trying to find exotic ingredients. Very simple, well done and delicious recipes.
