An end of times novel of biblical proportions. A fascinating look i to the Jewish and Christian faiths. This is a well told story about the beginning of the end of days. How would you react if you learned you had a special mission for the great tribulations? I thoroughly enjoyed this well executed novel and highly recommend it.
I always enjoy "end time" fiction, and this book was no exception. I am now reading book two of this new series, and I am in Daniel's corner hoping that he will continue walking in the LORD'S care, and follow that small inner voice to completion of his mission. Waiting for seven years to bring the LORD'S return and for his relationship, newly found, will be blessed for his devotion to that mission. New hero to follow, can't wait to see what things the tribulation will do to this first of the 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel, and how he guides those that follow.
I found this book did not hold my attention. The story line was not the best. I’ve read all of Tim LaHayes “end of times†series and there was a good story that followed the Bible and held my interest to the point of anticipation. This does not!
This, again, is a fictional rendering of the days after the rapture. It is well written and true to Scripture as much as we know it. This is the first end times novel I have read that addresses the 144,000. I look forward to reading the next one to see how this develops.
I had never read this author but love end time fiction based on scripture. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys this genre.
A very enjoyable story, it was suspenseful, exciting, with vivid and detailed scenes. I will read The Babylonian Harlot, and any others that follow as well. I give it a 10/10. Congratulations Mr. Ira!
I do like to study end-time prophecy's and occasionally read fiction in this area. This was interesting and not too "out there" as some in this genre are. Overall, satisfying read.
Brilliant! This book grabs you from the minute you start reading and doesn't let up through the end. I've always been fascinated by the "end of times" topics and this book doesn't disappoint. While the story line is thrilling and suspenseful the biblical references are accurate. What a great read!
